I wanted to take the time to write you a
letter. Normally I don’t do this, but I must
compliment you on the efforts you put forth
every time we are looking for property whether
it is a ranch or rental. I have been buying
investment property across the country for 14
years. When I began a search for a ranch in
Texas, I was very frustrated at the service and
effort that was put forth by numerous agents.
The quality of property and value were not
researched before hand, this was very important
to me as I reside in Alaska. When we first
started talking two years ago, you listened
researched, networked in various areas and found
the perfect ranch for my family. Since then,
you have found another ranch that we have bought
and sold in the far north east of Texas. The
most impressive thing is that through your
diligent research the ranch was bought and sold
with me ever seeing it, as I had a medical
condition that didn’t allow me to fly. As time
continued and our understanding of each other
grew, we have bought several rental units in the
Austin areas, all unseen, until time allowed me
to get down and view them. All this would not
be possible if you did not exhibit the highest
regard of ethics, communication skills, advice,
and your opinion of the property and area
whether it is good or bad. In all my dealings
in real estate I have not come across a more
eager professional in the business. I wanted to
make that I recognized you for your work.
